WHAT DOES S STRAIN AND R STRAIN MEAN?

The oil appears to stay in the human body longer acting than anything at all I've ever experimented with before. I discovered by mixing distinct strains; eg. a Sativa dominant and eg. a Hybrid Sativa to my soreness regimen each individual few days, it adds some Power to my pain relief. I do not seriously like sativa's, but it seems to break up the
